Travelling tips.

Happy new month loves. Quite excited that we are almost done with this third part of the year and about this month too, mainly  because I’ll be dashing away from this cold weather for a few days. Not forgetting we are approaching the festive season and traveling is what most of us will be doing 🙂

Well I was meant to do this post some weeks ago but work got the best of me but I finally get to post it:-) and just share a few tips I have gathered while travelling.

I don’t know about you guys but one of my dreadful experiences while travelling apart from the plane landing is airport security checks. Those security guys can literally strip you. I mean I do understand that security comes first but most of the time we are caught pants down when it comes to those checks, that’s why I have decided to share with you guys a few tips on how to not avoid such annoying experiences before boarding.

  1. Unzip your bag. Most of us ladies like carrying a hand luggage with all or amenities inside. Make sure you unzip it as soon as you get on the line. For those of you who are like me, we carry our laptops everywhere, remove your laptop early in advance because you will be required to. Tots are my best option, No unzipping and tits so easy to get something from it.

2.Avoid wearing metal detector items that includes belts, Watches, Jewelry. I have once found myself taking so much time to remove my Jewelry and though they were not many, it was quite stressful. Solution; avoid any form of Jewelry while travelling unless you need one. My essential travelling jewelry is my watch:-).

3. Dress for the occasion. Let’s get real, Planes are not comfortable so Keep it plain and Simple. Wear clothes that can slide in and out easily. Think t-shirts, jeans, flowy shirts and denim jackets. Travelling involves a lot of walking, so it’s a good idea to wear comfortable shoes. Flats are your best option or a pair of sneakers.

3.Online check in is the best invention as of now. So make sure you check in online, choose Where you want to sit and get your boarding pass. This actually saves a lot of time.

5.Lastly, this should actually be the first one. Packing. Someone once said that a good travelling experience starts at home, when you pack. Put you amenities where you can easily access them, most probably your carry on. Decide what needs to be passed under and remember to have your laptop, cameras and I pad as hand luggage. I have heard of people losing the contents in their.

So there you go loves. Many thanks for reading and your responses. Safe travels.XX
